Through intuitive Reiki, stillness and intentional presence, your nervous system is guided into state of calm where the body can soften, regulate and receive.

Each session is intuitively led, allowing your energy to be supported in exactly the way it needs. You may experience a sense of lightness's clarity and a deeper connection to yourself.

The Awakened Crown Ritual is a sacred scalp spa and energy healing experience designed to restore balance, presence, and inner connection. This ritual gently supports the crown chakra — the energetic center of clarity, trust, and spiritual connection — creating space for the mind to soften and the soul to be heard.

Blending restorative scalp therapy, Reiki energy healing, soothing aromatics, and mindful touch, this experience helps release mental noise, energetic heaviness, and emotional exhaustion. As the crown chakra is nourished and activated, the nervous system is guided into a deep state of relaxation, allowing the body to soften, open, and receive.

Created for the woman who feels energetically depleted, mentally overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a sacred pause from the demands of everyday life, this ritual is an invitation to rest, receive, and realign with yourself.

Welcome to Afterglow, I am elated to welcome you into my space for the Awakened Crown Ritual; a sacred space to pause, regulate your nervous system and empower your soul. 

Before you arrive in the studio space -

1. Please make it a point to arrive on time so as to receive the benefits of the full 90 minutes we have together. This is an energetic service and I want you to receive what you deserve, the time to reconnect with your body and heart. As a reminder we are located at 210 Taylor St. E.

2. Kindly text me once you’ve arrived. Sometimes appointments run a bit longer than anticipated. If that’s the case, I might request that you wait comfortably in your vehicle until I’m all set for you.

3. Please come with a fresh, make-up free face. During your experience, I will be massaging the face if you so choose. Any makeup prior to our appointment may result in a makeup removal fee.

• Sit in quiet for 5 minutes with your hands resting on your crown
• Breathe slowly and mindfully
• Journal with the prompt: “What is my body wanting me to know right now?”
• Use calming essential oils before sleep (lavender, rose, frankincense)

Gentle Hair & Scalp Care

• Avoid heavy products or tight hairstyles for 24 hours
• Allow your scalp to breathe and settle
• Treat your head with mindful, loving touch
